Hi - i'm sure i am not the only person who found some form of odd relief, just knowing that we weren't losing our minds with all the symptoms we were experiencing.

unfortunately in my situation, my behaviour scared my family enough that i am now flying solo. we came to realize the symptoms the medications might be responsible for while taking it, but we didn't realize how intense the symptoms became when withdrawing from the effexor.

it's been 10 months now, and i'm happy to report that my head is clear, and i have no lingering effects that i can notice at least.

my hope is that as time goes by, the people i scared will be able to see 'me' again, and come to know that it was, in fact the medication that made things as bad as they were.

even if that doesn't happen, i expect your site, and all the information therein, will be a huge relief for others still dealing with all the effects of the meds.

all i can say is, 'hang in there, it does get better, but be careful'
