Effexor Withdrawal

I was on 450mgs of Effexor. My psych put me on such a high dose cause I am very treatment resistant. Even did ECT.

Now going through bad withdraws. Doctor told me NOTHING about it, or tapering off of it .

Now I am hurting ALOT. All the withdraw symptoms except confusion. I hate this feeling .

Been through withdraw from opiates and it was almost this bad, but only lasted 5-7 days, not months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
