Effexor WithdrawalEffexor Withdrawal Thank you-Thank you-Thank you!!! I cut my dosage of effexor in half 5 days ago and I have so many of the symptoms listed in the PAXIL WITHDRAWAL LIST. I AM SO HAPPY TO FIND OUT I'M NOT LOSING MY MIND! My nausea and the lump in my throat are apparently real withdrawal symptoms. I was walking around the park for three days, about 4 or 5 miles, until I got this severe headache so I haven't walked for two days. But I will be out tomorrow, you can be sure of that. As long as I know these symptoms will surely fade I can put up with these side effects. I will call my doctor tomorrow, also. I will follow her advice to discontinue their use to the letter. I must get off these as soon as possible. I have quit going to work, I have quit paying the bills, I have quit seeing my fiancee, I have quit going to my sons' soccer games, I have quit living altogether for all intents and purposes. I really believe Effexor helped me weather the depression I had at first, 3 years ago, but no doctor kept up with me enough to help me realize when to get off the drugs. I was scared to death before I found your site, but now I know I will make it! Thank you!
