You Don't Have To Suffer From Antidepressant Withdrawal Symptoms

Most people who stop taking antidepressants experience moderate to severe withdrawal symptoms.

But what if there was a way to improve your chances of not suffering from withdrawal?

Would you be interested in finding out more?

I know that's a stupid question, but so many people just accept it's inevitable they'll suffer.

It's not inevitable. You have options. You can tip the scales in your favor.

One option is to get your free copy of my e-book on emotional healing. You can go to the Home Page of this web site to find out more, or go to the feedback page to read a few comments from others.

Another option is to attack the problem at its source.

You already know antidepressants create powerful changes to your brain chemistry, and your whole body as well.

For better or worse, antidepressants change you.

Many people don't like those changes, and decide to stop taking their medications.

Warning! Discontinuation of antidepressants can cause severe withdrawal symptoms. Do not stop taking any drug without consulting your doctor first!

It is highly recommended you taper slowly and not abruptly stop taking your medication. Your body needs time to readjust to not having the drugs in your system. Plus, the withdrawal symptoms can be much worse, and last much longer if you go 'cold turkey'.

Not only is it advantageous to taper slowly, but did you know certain natural supplements may greatly reduce the painful withdrawal symptoms?

I can't make any claims for the following nutritional supplements, but other people on other sites say the following supplements helped or eliminated the painful withdrawal symptoms from antidepressants.

(Some people get very excited about these supplements.)

If you're thinking of tapering off antidepressants, or currently doing so, or if you're simply interested in improving your own health, I highly recommend these all-natural, high quality supplements.

For best results take these supplements before you began the taper process; for at least a week or two - as a way to strengthen your body.

If you have any questions, contact me here. Or, you can call me right now at 352 - 214 - 6317. If I'm free, I'll talk to you. Otherwise, leave a message and I'll get back to you.

If you've been following my writings for the last few years, you know I've never given out my private phone number before. Just 'google' my name to find out more about me. But that's how serious I am about helping people with their withdrawal symptoms.

Immunocal

This product helps build glutathione inside the cells of the body. Glutathione removes toxins from the body. It also acts as a powerful antioxidant and boosts the immune system.

NOTICE: Immunocal is the only product listed in the Physicians Desk Reference (PDR 2008) that helps build glutathione within the body cells.

Montmorency Cherry Concentrate

Many people on antidepressants report they are unable to sleep well at night, while also feeling anxious during the day. Anxiety and sleeplessness are widely believed to be common side effects of antidepressant use and of discontinuation.

Besides being another powerful antioxidant, Montmorency cherry juice contains melatonin which helps promote sleep (among other benefits). I take it myself for the health benefits. It never makes my drowsy during the day, but does help me sleep more soundly at night.

Many others claim it helps with their anxiety as well.

Bioactive Milk Peptide

This item contains an ingredient scientifically proven to reduce stress. Highly recommended if you suffer from stress in your life.

Pharmaceutical Grade Omega 3

Omega 3 is one of two foods shown to work as effectively as three popular antidepressants in reducing depression symptoms, according to one scientific research article published in Biological Psychiatry, Volume 57, Issue 4, Pages 343-350.

(The other food is uridine - found in sugar beets and molasses made from sugar beets.)

Not all omega 3 supplements are created equal! For optimum results, you need to consume only pharmaceutical grade omega 3.

Of the nine acids found in omega 3, the two most important for our purposes are Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Each of these capsules of omega 3 contains 450 pharmaceutical grade mgs of these two acids.

You'll want to order two bottles.

The company that makes these products is listed in the Physicians Desk Reference (PDR 2008, pages 1694-5). I counted 350 companies in the 2008 edition (a few have multiple listings) and only seven of those companies produced natural products. (The other six offered vitamin/mineral supplements only.)

All the rest were pharmaceutical companies producing drugs such as antidepressants... and every other drug including over-the-counter medications.

So for a company to make it into the PDR, and not be a drug company... well, that says a lot to me.

These are natural food supplements and therefore no medical claims can be made for them. As such, these products are not intended to diagnose, cure, prevent or treat any disease. Statements on this page have not been evaluated by the FDA.
